Best flat white I've had in NYC! The story: I've traversed many bougie coffee spots across the city (for the record, many cannot make a proper flat white), over 40 different individual roaster/cafes at this point, and these guys shocked me. I often bring my own china mug as it's more fun (and a higher chance of a proper flat white, volume-wise) and walked away surprised at Danny's knowledge... which then also came through the cup too. Days later I'm sat in their manhattan store trying their espresso by Sean, it's just as good. And found out Danny serving in the 'lowest' position in the coffee cart (full respect) on a remote corner of LIC is in fact Deploy's humble owner. Guys, thoroughly impressed. Thank you for finally giving NYC a flat white. Have had some incredible other cups in all the secret and well known spots. Yours wins, and not by a small margin. I'd add a photo but I snuck the coffee into the library (also a win for visitors). Praying you can collab inside Somedays or open some more cafes so you can serve later into the evening!

Best coffee and experience in LIC, no question! I can confidently say Deploy’s coffee is consistently excellent, high quality, and never bitter. What really sets it apart, though, is the owner/barista. Danny is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely makes every visit a great experience. You can tell he truly cares about both his craft and his customers. If you’re looking for an amazing cup of coffee, Deploy Coffee is a must-visit. It’s truly one of the highlights of my week.

Hands down the best coffee and so lucky I’m able to get to their Long Island City cart regularly. It’s not only run by the most incredibly friendly folks, but every drink I’ve had — from pour overs to lattes and more (including a guilty pleasure iced hazelnut latte with oat) — absolutely hits. Really appreciate how dedicated Deploy is to the neighborhood and always a bright spot when I see them.

My go to coffee spot in the neighborhood! I’ve been going to Deploy’s coffee cart for the last couple of years and it never disappoints. Best matcha in the neighborhood for sure! I even tried to switch to greats of craft matcha when they first opened but nothing in the neighborhood compares to Deploy matcha. You can tell the difference in taste, taste like real matcha without that fake sweetner taste. Coffee is also top tier. Service is always great! Your coffee is made with care and intention.

Hidden gem in LIC! The coffee is incredibly smooth with rich, velvety milk foam. The beans have a naturally sweet, balanced flavor without any sourness. Definitely one of the best coffee spots by the waterfront
